Job Description Construction Estimator We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in NYC. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs for construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and clients to ensure accurate project requirements
- Analyzing project progress and costs to make necessary adjustments
- Presenting estimates and proposals to clients in a professional manner
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
