American Impact and Energy is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Closers to join our growing team. No extensive closing experience is required—we're looking for people with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.

You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners , learn about their needs, present solutions, and help them make informed decisions about their homes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scheduled in-home appointments with pre-qualified homeowners .

• Build rapport and create a comfortable, professional customer experience.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each homeowner's needs.

• Present products and solutions in a clear and engaging way.

• Conduct professional product demonstrations.

• Answer questions and confidently address customer concerns.

• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process.

• Close sales and work toward individual performance goals.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Represent American Impact and Energy professionally in every customer interaction.

Pre-qualified appointments are provided by our appointment-setting team , allowing you to focus your time on meeting with homeowners and developing your closing skills.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a full-time, commission-only opportunity with performance-based earning potential.

Successful sales professionals may have the opportunity to earn $30,000–$50,000 per month , depending on performance and sales results.

Your earning potential is directly connected to the business you close, making this a strong opportunity for motivated individuals who want their effort to be rewarded.
