Auria is seeking a Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to join our North America Team. This position involves leading improvement initiatives across our plants with a significant travel requirement of 75% to support Continuous Improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a tier 1 supplier environment.
