Catering/Event Coordinator - Full Time
UKRAFT Brunch Cafe | 14888 Clayton Rd
Join our vibrant team at UKRAFT Brunch Cafe as a Catering/Event Coordinator! In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute memorable events that exceed client expectations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with clients to bring their vision to life, this position is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of event logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Design and Production: Create tailored event designs and manage production to accommodate client specifications.
Detail Organization: Oversee facilities and arrangements including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, equipment, and promotional materials.
Requirements
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Schedule
This is a full-time position; flexibility in scheduling is required to accommodate events.
