Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, facilitating weekly or bi-weekly sessions via secure telehealth platforms.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health issues and relational dynamics, developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals and values.

• Employ evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems theory to address challenges related to family communication and relationship dynamics.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support in high-stress situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their family members.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Provide educational resources to clients, enhancing their understanding of effective relationship skills, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to guarantee integrated care and continuity of treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal therapist will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current LMFT license in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Helpline Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
