The Psychologist performs clinically sound suicide risk evaluations, including clinical review, applying suicide risk assessment protocols, pertinent data/chart reviews, proper documentation, and consultations as needed.
PSYCHOLOGIST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be licensed or licensed eligible in the state of Delaware as a psychologist.
Doctoral degree required (PsyD, PhD)
