Currently, Club Studio operates 10 locations, with additional studios opening nationwide. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Coordinator, based in Westchester, CA. The Fitness Coordinator will oversee daily operations of fitness classes, manage schedules, and ensure the highest quality of instruction in all fitness programs. Responsibilities include supporting the team of instructors, maintaining a positive member experience, ensuring proper equipment use, and implementing fitness programs that align with the company’s vision. The Fitness Coordinator will engage with members to address concerns, provide guidance, and foster a strong sense of community within the studio. Qualifications Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills to lead and manage diverse fitness programs effectively. Understanding of Exercise Physiology to support safe and effective fitness activities and guide participants appropriately. Experience in the Fitness Industry and Customer Service to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for members. Excellent communication and organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Passion for health and wellness, along with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
