Corporate Staff Accountant

Accounting PositionKahlig Auto Group is seeking a motivated person with initiative and positive attitude to join our expanding accounting team. Essential Responsibilities :Record vehicle salesReview paperwork on vehicle deals from various vehicle sales departmentsReview paperwork from the finance and insurance departmentPrepare commission vouchers for sales consultantsEnsure the office space is kept neat and clean at all timesFully coordinate and communicate work with appropriate associates at WSLPrepare payments to customers and vendors pertaining to new vehicle dealsTitle all vehicles, issue plates and registerReconcile contracts in transit and payoff related schedulesAssist customers and sales personnel in billing and titling issuesAssist other billing and titling personnel during their absencePrepare sales commission summaries for payrollMaintain petty cashReconcile vehicle schedulesSupervisory Responsibilities: None. May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
