Investment Funds, Registered Funds/BDC Associate

Overview Candidates should have significant experience with forming, structuring, and advising on a variety of retail fund products. Required fund product experience includes traditional funds such as mutual funds, ETFs, and listed closed-end funds, as well as "alternative" funds like interval/tender offer funds, business development companies (BDCs), real estate investment trusts (REITs), and "holding company" and similar structures. Experience with U.S. and global regulatory, compliance, and distribution matters is a plus.
