ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been proudly serving the community since October 2017. We currently have four full-time team members and are excited to welcome a fifth. We believe in creating a positive and balanced workplace where people feel supported and appreciated.

We offer two office outings each year (summer and holiday), 8 paid holidays, and 15 days of PTO/sick time with some rollover options. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Garcia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
