Bilingual Recruiting & Administrative CoordinatorWe are seeking an energetic, organized, and people-focused Bilingual Recruiting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Hamden, CT. This multifaceted role combines recruiting, candidate engagement, onboarding, payroll support, human resources administration, and office operations.The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable communicating with candidates and employees throughout the day, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, source, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of open positionsConduct outbound recruiting calls and follow up with prospective candidatesReview resumes and applications and perform initial candidate screeningsCoordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the hiring processGuide candidates through the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processCommunicate professionally with candidates and employees in both Spanish and EnglishAssist with payroll processing and payroll-related administrative functionsReview time sheets and help ensure employee hours are submitted accurately and on timeMaintain accurate candidate and employee records in internal systemsPerform data entry, filing, document preparation, email correspondence, and other administrative dutiesProvide ongoing support to recruiting, human resources, payroll, and office operationsUphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and candidate informationQualificationsFluency in both Spanish and English is requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident, professional phone presence and willingness to make outbound recruiting callsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, email, data entry, and general computer systemsPrevious experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, payroll, customer service, office administration, or a related field is preferredDependable, professional, adaptable, and eager to learnThis is an excellent opportunity to build and expand your experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, payroll administration, employee onboarding, and business operations.
