Operations & Customer Experience Coordinator & Part time job

We are a fast-growing international jewelry company seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to help support our daily operations, customer experience, and logistics. This is a key position within the company, working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service for our customers. This position is initially part-time for the first three months, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement. What You’ll Do Operations & Administration Help keep daily business operations running efficiently Coordinate communications with suppliers, service providers, and business partners Organize records, invoices, and important documentation Schedule meetings, appointments, and team communications Support a professional, organized, and productive office environment Manage incoming and outgoing shipments Coordinate deliveries with major carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS Verify inventory and received goods Prepare customer orders for shipment Monitor deliveries and help resolve shipping issues when needed Keep internal systems updated and ensure smooth order flow Customer Experience Provide friendly and professional support to customers Assist with order updates, shipping inquiries, and general questions Coordinate returns, repairs, and service requests Help create a seamless and positive customer experience from purchase to delivery Assist with customer follow-ups and lead management Support customers throughout their purchasing journey Share product information and coordinate inquiries with the sales team Help maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business Social Media & Community Support Engage with customer messages across social platforms Help maintain active communication with our online community Assist with content posting and customer feedback collection Support brand-building initiatives and customer engagement efforts What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online business tools Experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or operations is a plus Why Join Us?
