Program Support Assistant

Job Title

Job Description

Duties to include but not limited to:

Performs clerical, administrative, and technical program support work for the Home based primary care service.
Performs timekeeping duties for the Home based primary care service.
Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
Types a variety of documents into final form, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and style.
Utilizes a computer and applications to extract pertinent data and prepare a variety of reports.
Utilizes a range of software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to prepare correspondence and data tables.
Maintains an automated system of program-specific data.
Schedules meetings, transcribes minutes, gathers reports, and tracks actions for staff.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 07:30am to 04:00pm

Telework: Not Authorized
