Customer Service Representative Jobs in Fremont, CA Customer Service Representative Job Description We are currently seeking to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for our high volume commercial insurance brokerage. We are looking for somebody who is self motivated, a hard worker and seeking to advance themselves. We are a niche commercial insurance brokerage located in Fremont, California and we strive to go above and beyond for our clients. Preferred language skills will be Hindi or Punjabi. This will be a demanding position and we are seeking an individual who is very detail oriented, computer savvy, has basic math skills , and is self-motivated to manage responsibilities. Responsibilities and Duties Utilizing our agency software in order to help best service clients. Customer service and retention. Managing customer requests and helping customers problem shoot. Operating as the liaison between clients and head brokers. Working on renewals and endorsements on behalf of clients. Assisting agents with renewal and new business applications. Some basic math will be required as accounting reviews may be needed. Obtaining current information from upcoming renewals and preparing files for brokers. Completing detailed applications for new business and renewals. Perform other office tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills Self motivated Fast learner pertaining to internal software Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel English and Punjabi and/or Hindi language speaking abilities preferred Detail oriented Basic Math Skills Good verbal and written communication Bachelor's degree preferred Pay $70,000 to $90,000 Annual Salary (Potential for bonuses and salary increase upon completion of 12 months) Working Hours Monday- Friday:9:00 AM-6:00 PM (In office , not a hybrid work at home position) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sulekha.com New Media Pvt Ltd
