Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Wilkes Barre, PA | Employer: CompHealth | Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) | Start Date: ASAP Position Summary Division chief of the northeast region overseeing 8 hematology oncologists and 3 APPs within a cohesive, multidisciplinary cancer program. Responsibilities Provide leadership, planning, organization and evaluation for the oncology division. Oversee clinical operations of 8 hematology oncologists and 3 advanced practice providers. Coordinate access to research and clinical trials. Participate in QOPI certification and CoC accreditation activities. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine with specialty in Hematology and Oncology. Strong leadership and organizational experience. Experience in planning, organization and evaluation of oncology services. Familiarity with QOPI certification and CoC accreditation processes. Benefits Competitive weekly pay with sign‑on bonus, salary including $30k director stipend, up to $150k student loan repayment, and sign‑on bonus.
