Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is based near Wilkes Barre, PA, and entails providing vital SLP services across two full-time openings and two additional leave coverage roles. Requirements and Preferred Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP) required for school settings
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
• Comfortable managing school-based caseloads; experience in educational settings strongly preferred
• Flexibility to adapt as caseload details are finalized
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively support students, families, and fellow staff
• Ability to commit to either a full school year position or interim leave coverage as needed

Role Expectations:

• Deliver assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide group/individual therapy to support communication needs
• Maintain timely and detailed documentation in line with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with special education teams, general educators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences as appropriate
• Contribute to a positive learning environment by sharing expertise and insights with the team
