Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Comfortable working onsite for a full academic year

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students
• Manage documentation and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Serve as a communicative resource for students, parents, and school staff
• Adjust caseload management as needed to support both short-term and ongoing coverage
• Provide support across two leave coverage positions, with one extending through November and the other through the first semester
