What You'll Do
- Provide advanced care for acutely ill patients in a trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, or medically unstable setting
- Monitor and assess patient status, with interventions every hour or more frequently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Respond quickly to emergencies and provide critical interventions
- Support patient recovery and comfort through expert nursing techniques
What You Need
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 2 years' recent ICU or CCU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment skills and ability to manage critically ill patients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
