The LCF Group is a rapidly growing fintech company focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and execute the company's technology strategy and vision. This executive leader will oversee software development, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, AI initiatives, and technology innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep fintech experience, strong executive leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading large, distributed teams across both domestic and offshore locations.

Location: New Hyde Park, New York or Alpharetta, Georgia
Schedule: In-office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead all technology functions, including software development, IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, AI initiatives, and enterprise systems.
• Manage and mentor technology leaders and teams across the United States and offshore locations, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Drive innovation, automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development, system architecture, security, governance, project delivery, and technology risk management.
• Oversee technology budgets, vendor relationships, and enterprise technology investments while ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of all technology platforms.
• Travel periodically for on-site meetings, team collaboration, leadership initiatives, and coordination with domestic and international technology teams as needed.
• 10+ years' experience preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience leading technology teams, projects, and enterprise technology initiatives preferred.
• Previous experience within a fintech, financial technology, lending, or related financial services organization is required.
• Demonstrated success leading large, distributed teams, including offshore technology organizations.
• Strong background in software development, enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), data platforms, and technology operations.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
