Guidewire Integration Developer (Contract) Contract: 7 months 13 days. Published 7 days ago. Overview Work involves problem‑solving and communication skills, focusing on web services, Mulesoft, RDBMS platforms, project management, GOSU programming, and testing & quality engineering. Experience is required in Guidewire Policy, Claims, and Billing integration development. Responsibilities Design modified existing workflows required for Billing Integration. Develop, modify, and deploy software using object‑oriented programming concepts with design standards and best practices. Work with middleware platforms such as WebSphere ESB, MuleSoft, Webmethods or similar. Integrate with various data structures and platforms from legacy flat files to complex relational models. Resolve issues identified during testing of configuration requirements. Handle code merges and environment management tasks. Perform minor and major Guidewire software upgrades. Implement integration modules ensuring loose coupling and scalability. Develop GUnit/jUnit tests for business logic. Design and develop batch processes inside Guidewire Centers and external batch processes connecting with Guidewire systems. Design and develop adapters, service APIs, and plugin components based on business requirements. Assist in GOSU code reviews, code cleanups, and sprint demos. Utilize Java/GOSU to build and maintain integrations for multiplatform applications. Qualifications Experience in Guidewire Integration Development. Knowledge of PC Insurance domain, Policy, Claims, and Billing applications as per product requirements. Knowledge and hands‑on experience with Java or GOSU programming. Experience with J2EE application servers, XML web services, and RDBMS. Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter integration development. Experience managing teams and executing design, development, and deployment tasks. Experience with Agile methodology, source version control, and release management. Experience managing projects, programs, and teams of various sizes. Experience leading developers and working with onshore/offshore teams. Architecting and presenting solution designs with options and estimates. Preferred Skills Extensive abilities and proven record of success in the above responsibilities and qualifications. Certifications Guidewire certifications in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter, preferably in the Integration area. Benefits Pay range: $34.70/hour - $54.22/hour.
