Allegations Program Manager

The Allegations Program Manager serves as the operational leader of the Allegations Program and is responsible for the efficient administration, intake, tracking, governance, and continuous improvement of the investigations process. The role ensures investigations are managed consistently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Allegation Intake & Triage Leadership: Own and manage the global allegations intake process. Lead allegation triage reviews and case assignment recommendations. Ensure timely intake, classification, routing, escalation, and prioritization of allegations. Develop and maintain triage frameworks, decision trees, and escalation protocols. Monitor intake volumes, aging metrics, and resource allocation. Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions. Investigation Program Administration: Oversee the complete administrative lifecycle of investigations from intake through closure. Act as an advisor to investigators and provide first-level guidance regarding investigative process requirements. Ensure consistent documentation, quality control, file management, and record retention practices. Maintain investigation dashboards and reporting. Monitor deadlines, milestones, and overdue actions. Review investigation files for procedural completeness prior to closure. Ensure adherence to applicable investigation standards and protocols. Escalate sensitive, high-risk, or judgment-based matters to Compliance Counsel or the Compliance General Counsel. Leadership & Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to a team of paralegals. Establish operating procedures and service standards. Train team members on allegations processes, systems, documentation requirements, and best practices. Develop succession planning and cross-functional capability within the allegations administration team. Serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for allegations management processes. Systems & Technology Ownership: Act as business owner for allegations management systems. Drive adoption and optimization of investigation technologies. Develop and maintain system governance and user guidance. Support configuration enhancements and system improvements. Manage relationships with technology, data, and business stakeholders. Process Innovation: Support the identification of opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process improvements across the allegation lifecycle. Contribute to the development of prompts, workflows, templates, and operational use cases. Monitor emerging technologies and share practical recommendations for consideration. Promote the responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in investigations and related processes. Governance & Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess allegation program effectiveness. Establish key performance indicators and success metrics. Conduct process reviews and root cause analyses. Provide allegation data and trend analysis to support quarterly board-level reporting. Standardize procedures and best practices globally. Lead special projects involving investigations operations and program maturity. Apply feedback from stakeholders to improve applicable allegation processes and materials. Ideal Competencies: Exceptionally trustworthy. Tools & Technologies: Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, PowerPoint) and AI tools; workflow automation and process mapping Coordinate communication among the Director of Compliance, Managing Counsel and relevant Legal Department stakeholders.Facilitate consistency of all communications emanating from the Program.Organize the annual E&C Calendar, including all key dates for Program reporting and implementation.Manage and coordinate regular communication among the E&C team and legal department to ensure awareness of E&C strategies.Coordinate management reports (e.g. quarterly NGC and annual Board of Directors presentations, etc.) for delivery to company executives and directors.Maintain awareness of industry-wide developments, best practices and advancements in order to propose strategic improvements for the Program.Manages E&C budget.Develop and track E&C KPO and KPI on a quarterly and annual basis.Assist in any other matter delegated by the Director of Compliance Assist in setting the long-term vision and global strategy for the E&C Program.Desired ExperienceRequired8 to 15 years of experience.Significant paralegal, investigations, compliance, legal operations, employment law, HR investigations, ethics, or regulatory experience.Experience managing complex case portfolios.Experience administering investigative processes.Experience developing policies, procedures, or governance programs.Experience managing stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.Demonstrated leadership experience.Strongly PreferredEthics & Compliance investigations experience.Internal investigations experience.Whistleblower hotline experience.Allegations management system experience.Legal operations experience.Regulatory enforcement or government investigations experience.Global multinational company experience.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree.
