Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Outpatient Clinic Start Date: October 26 Schedule: Three Days Per Week (Full-Time) Patient Population: Adult Location: Cooperstown, NY Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Manage a caseload with approximately 12 to 15 patients per day, focusing on a mix of about 80% oncology and 20% hematology. Conduct a range of procedures, primarily benign to malignant case management, with bone marrow procedures seen as a beneficial skill. Qualifications Board Certification in Hematology Oncology is required. Must hold an active New York State medical license. Capable of working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with EPIC EMR systems is preferred. Must submit immunization records, including flu vaccination status, and a negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within the past year.
