Requirements Bassett MC, Cooperstown NY 1 Hematology/Oncology Physician Needed Looking for ONE locum provider to work 3 days/weekly full time **BOARD CERTIFICATION REQUIRED** **MUST HAVE NEW YORK STATE LICENSE** **MAX BILL RATES**: $5,600 to $5,800/day Start Date: October 26 End Date: ongoing/as needed Work Schedule: 3 Days Per Week FT Setting: Outpatient only Support Staff: 1 MD, 1 NP to nursing onsite. Patient Details: Volume: 12 to 15 patients/day (varies by patient mix) Case Mix: ~80% Oncology to ~20% Hematology Scope: Includes both benign to malignant cases Procedures/Skills: Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR) Credentialing & Requirements: No temporary privileges granted MSO processing timeframe: 60-120 days. Immunization record required Flu vaccine or declination Negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of start Board Certification required EMR: EPIC
