Salesforce Operations Specialist - Field Services

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist - Field Services in Pittsburgh, PA. Overview: We are seeking a technically savvy, early-career professional to support a growing Field Services operation and its continued adoption of Salesforce. This role sits between technology and operations, supporting centralized dispatch, contract administration, process documentation, and day-to-day Salesforce activities. This is not a Salesforce developer or administrator role. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to learn Salesforce, understand business operations, and grow within a technology-enabled organization. Responsibilities:

Learn and utilize Salesforce to support Field Services operations
Support centralized dispatching and coordination across multiple locations
Interpret contracts and translate requirements into operational tasks
Assist with Salesforce data entry, reporting, data quality, and maintenance
Document processes and institutional knowledge to create scalable procedures
Work with dispatchers, contract administrators, operations, and technology teams
Support process standardization and continued Salesforce adoption
Gain exposure to additional technologies, including telematics and other operational systems
Bachelor's degree preferred; Entry level candidates encouraged to apply
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Interest in Salesforce, technology, operations, logistics, or process improvement
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
