Full-Time | Assisted Living
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Scarlet Oaks Retirement and Rehabilitation Center

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift . This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Supervise and support nursing assistants

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure proper narcotic control and documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive care environment

• Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for resident care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Knowledge of nursing standards and Assisted Living regulations

• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred
