Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift
Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation – Cincinnati, OH (Silverton Area)
Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time night shift position (7PM–7AM) at our skilled nursing facility in the Silverton area of Cincinnati, OH .

As a Night Shift LPN, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care, monitoring residents overnight, and maintaining a safe, stable clinical environment. This position is ideal for nurses who are detail-oriented, independent, and committed to high-quality resident care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

• Monitor and assess resident conditions throughout the night and respond to changes appropriately

• Accurately document care, incidents, and overnight observations

• Provide wound care, vital signs monitoring, and clinical support

• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with care plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions between shifts

• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment for residents overnight

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities

• Leadership skills and ability to supervise nursing assistants
