Multiple well-established Metro Atlanta law firms are seeking experienced Residential Real Estate Closers for direct-hire, permanent opportunities. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience , strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with Qualia, SoftPro, or similar closing software . Responsibilities: Order title exams and review purchase agreements Prepare settlement statements, deeds, and title reports Communicate with lenders, clients, real estate agents, and other parties Coordinate closings from contract to completion Process post-closing disbursements and lender packages What's Offered: Generous PTO Bonus opportunities Stable, established firms with strong reputations Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
