Law Firm Closing Coordinator / Pre-Closer

Atlanta law firm has an immediate need for a Residential Real Estate Pre-Closer / Closing Coordinator. This employee will be responsible for opening new real estate closing files, ordering title exams, ordering mortgage payoff information, obtaining tax and utilities information (water, sanitation), termite inspection letters and HOA/Condo dues and will ensure that other necessary information is in closing file. Additionally, they will send out the Buyer/Buyer and Seller Information sheets to the appropriate parties and will communicate with clients, lenders and real estate agents to coordinate closings. We are seeking a Pre-Closer with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to critical deadlines.
