Beacon Hill is assisting a prominent Atlanta law firm in filling an immediate opening for a Residential Real Estate Pre-Closer / Closing Coordinator. This role opens new real estate closing files, orders title exams, mortgage payoff information, tax and utility data, termite letters, and HOA/Condo dues, ensuring all items are in the closing file. You will send Buyer/Seller information sheets, coordinate with clients, lenders and real estate agents to finalize closings, and prioritize deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Beacon Hill
