Role: Registered Nurse in a long-term and post-acute care facility. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care to ensure optimal outcomes. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident services. Educate residents and families about care plans and health management. Document all care activities in compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Model dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership within a faith-based, mission-driven environment. Mentor CNAs and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications And Skills Current valid RN license.
