Job Summary:

A growing operations-focused organization in Rowlett, TX is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead strategic planning, daily operations, financial performance, business development, and organizational leadership. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing, production, plant management, or a related environment.

The General Manager will work closely with department heads and executive leadership to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and support long-term business stability. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across the organization while helping build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that support company goals, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, policy compliance, and effective coordination across departments.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expenditure approvals, financial monitoring, and corrective action planning.
- Identify business development opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and represent the organization with key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management teams while fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture.
- Support customer relationship management, sustainability initiatives, regulatory compliance, and crisis management planning.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range: $120,000 to $127,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Rowlett, TX.
