Physical Therapist - Warren, MI

We are seeking a caring, energetic, positive professional to fulfill the role of Full Time Physical Therapist at our Warren, MI practice. The right professional for this opportunity is ready to work one-on-one with our clients by providing an exceptional patient experience with each visit.

Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist

• Diagnose and treat individuals with health-related conditions, illnesses or injuries that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities
  

• Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunction and use interventions to treat patients.
  

• Identify and document goals as well as anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation.
  

• Test and measure patient's strength, motor development and function
  

• Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical function.
  

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapist Program
  

• Michigan and Ohio Physical Therapist License preferred
  

• Looking for 1 year of experience

• $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience
