• Shift: 3x13-Hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM/PM)
• Weekends/Nights: Primarily weekends with at least 2 weekends per month, including Friday nights
• Hours/Week: 39 hours (per shift)

• License/Certs: MA State License (or license eligible), ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Experience: 2+ years in critical care ICU

What You'll Do

• Provide critical care as a responding clinician in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare staff
• Round with attending physicians, complete patient assessments and documentation
• Respond to acute patient needs in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment
• Manage adult ICU patients with bread-and-butter ICU and Med Surg cases
• Participate in patient care activities per protocol and scope of practice with minimal procedures required

What You Need

• Active Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain; PAs considered if licensed)
• Minimum of 2+ years' critical care ICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills in ICU patient management and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently with some supervision and flexibility to cover weekends and nights
