Quick Facts Location: 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114 Start Date: 11/11/2026 End Date: 05/12/2027 Shift: 3x13-Hour shifts (6:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/week: 39 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MA State license (or eligible PAs), ACLS, BLS, DEA Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, board certified in Acute Care Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $97.48 Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (if applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout assignment What You’ll Do Support ICU staff alongside supervising physicians and fellow APPs Respond to critical care cases in adult ICU with a patient census of approximately 7 daily Perform bread-and-butter ICU procedures—responding clinician role only, no procedures required Collaborate with the care team to assess and manage adult critical care patients Complete rounds, document in Epic EMR, and respond to clinical needs efficiently Contribute to patient care for burn, ICU, and Med Surg populations What You Need Active Massachusetts State license (or PA license with 3-5 week credentialing timeframe) Board certification in Acute Care with ICU experience Valid ACLS, BLS certifications DEA registration Minimum of 2 years critical care experience Ability to work independently with some supervision, responding clinician role experience About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Boston, MA, providing critical care in a supportive environment.
