Work Environment

This role is based onsite, primarily focusing on home care settings. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilizing hands-on manual therapy techniques and other modalities to enhance recovery and promote functional independence.
• Monitoring and assessing patient progress regularly, and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
• Educating patients on their conditions and empowering them with knowledge about their rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure coordinated care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic focused primarily on orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sport-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position must have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
• CPR Certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or specialization in pelvic floor rehabilitation, recognized in the San Francisco Bay area.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

• Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficient patient flow without compromising care quality.

Compensation and Benefits
