Corporate Paralegal

To support a leading retail organization, the fully remote Corporate Paralegal will provide daily assistance to attorneys in the Corporate Law Group, manage corporate filings, and assist with governance responsibilities while being available for overtime as needed. Key responsibilities Provide daily support for attorneys, including managing and filing annual reports and corporate documents Assist with corporate governance tasks, including preparing SEC filings and maintaining board records Act as a liaison between in-house attorneys, business partners, and third parties, responding to requests for corporate documents Required qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or Administrator Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Experience with specialized software tools such as DocuSign and internal billing systems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential corporate information
