Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant
- Top‑notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company’s and Brand’s operational standards are met
- Excellent leadership skills
- Works well under pressure and can multi‑task
- Financial literacy and analytical/problem‑solving skills
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required
- Fluent in English
