Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Sign Fabricator to join a growing team specializing in high-quality exterior architectural signage. This role focuses on the fabrication of directional and wayfinding signs, channel letters, electrical signage, post & panel systems, and custom architectural sign solutions.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in safety, quality, and productivity while representing the company in a professional, customer-focused manner. Our client provides all the major tools and equipment needed to perform the job successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate architectural exterior signage, including channel letters, electrical signs, wayfinding, post & panel, and custom sign components
• Perform weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing based on engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Weld aluminum and steel components using MIG and TIG welding techniques
• Operate press brakes, shears, brake presses, and other standard fabrication shop equipment
• Cut, burn, grind, clean, and prepare metals for welding and assembly
• Assemble components using bolting, riveting, or gluing as required
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, work orders, and tape measurements
• Perform minor preventative maintenance on welding and shop equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and teammates to meet production deadlines
• Perform overtime as required to meet production schedules
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of architectural sign fabrication experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Proficiency with press brakes, shears, and metal forming equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and tape measures accurately
• Strong basic math skills; geometry knowledge a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to multitask and meet customer deadlines efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $20-24.00 hourly not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
