Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week while learning valuable manufacturing and fabrication skills with a growing company in Tampa. We are hiring Fabrication Assistants for a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay, hands-on training, and long-term career growth. No previous fabrication experience is required.
Fabrication Assistant
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Assist with metal fabrication, assembly, and general shop operations
• Utilize hand tools and power tools throughout the shift
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using tape measures and shop equipment
• Support welders and fabricators with daily production tasks
• Move materials and fabricated parts throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
Qualifications
• No experience required — training provided
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
