Senior In-House Customs & Trade Compliance Counsel

Caterpillar Brazil

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance - Customs to provide legal advice on US and Canada customs matters from Irving, TX, DC, or Peoria, IL.

You will work with business leaders to shape compliance programs and address complex trade issues, influencing global supply chains and growth. The role requires a JD or equivalent, active US bar, and solid experience in customs regulations.
