Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement client-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of their conditions and treatment options.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessments and safety plans as necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during times of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
