We are currently seeking an experienced Elder Abuse Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. What We Provide * A team environment guided by respect, support, and care * Investment in technology, litigation systems, and streamlined processes * A challenging, fast-paced, and meaningful elder abuse caseload * Competitive salary * Strong growth opportunities within the firm * A collaborative team environment * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid parking Paralegal Duties * Assist attorneys with elder abuse litigation from intake through trial * Draft and review pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and demand letters * Prepare and organize exhibit binders, trial materials, and mediation briefs * Communicate with clients to gather updates, documents, and case-related information * Summarize medical records, discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and facility records * Coordinate experts, medical providers, and vendors * Assist with trial preparation, witness lists, trial subpoenas, and exhibit management Requirements * 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with elder abuse, medical negligence, or personal injury * Strong calendaring experience required * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and court e-filing platforms * Professional demeanor and strong reliability * Ability to work independently and within a team * Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401(k) matching * PTO: 4 Personal Days + 6 Sick Days * Paid holidays * Free parking Confidentiality * All applications are strictly confidential.
