Responsibilities vary by department: Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain the front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas. Kitchen Department Manager: Deliver high‑quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures. People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate crew throughout their tenure. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with flexible schedule. 18 years or older.
