As an Assembler, you'll play a critical role in creating precision-built products that make a difference for our customers. Every day brings a new challenge as you:

✅ Operate certified overhead cranes to safely move materials and components

✅ Gather and prepare parts including fins, casings, hairpins, tubes, and other assembly materials

✅ Set up assembly tables using fixtures, clamps, braces, and endplates to ensure precise builds

✅ Use a variety of electric, pneumatic, floor, and hand tools to complete assemblies

✅ Align fins and lace hairpins or tubes according to detailed specifications and drawings

✅ Safely handle and move oversized fin bundles, pallets, carts, and large coil assemblies

✅ Read blueprints, schematics, and production drawings to build products accurately

✅ Perform quality-focused tasks such as reaming coils and inspecting finished assemblies

✅ Prepare packaging and support materials to protect completed products

✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

✅ Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture

✔ Manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience

✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

✔ Experience operating overhead cranes, hoists, or material-handling equipment

✔ Comfortable using power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools

✔ Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and schematics

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✔ Basic math skills for measurements and assembly tasks

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

✔ Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

✔ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

✔ Team-first mindset with great communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Richmond,VA.
