Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians or independently (when applicable)
• Educating patients and their families on preventive care, overall wellness, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies aligned with your practice scope
• Involving in patient follow-up and managing chronic care needs
• Working with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and seamless care
• Fully documenting care within electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Qualifications Needed

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license to practice in Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to attain within 90 days)
