What You'll Be Doing

Education Requirements

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within the next 90 days)
