Your Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, initiate diagnostic tests, and create tailored care plans
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses, either independently or in collaboration with physicians, depending on credentials
• Educate patients and families on preventive measures, wellness strategies, and effective disease management
• Prescribe medications and therapies as per your practice scope

What We Require

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Wisconsin
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 90 days)
