Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed role, you will bring a reliable, people-first approach while working as part of a team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $22.25 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or maintenance-related concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the property by observing visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries, assisting with directions, and reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and logs, and support ongoing security-related operations across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
