Building ManagerBering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Building Manager to provide support for our government customer in Oahu, Hawai'i.Description Of Responsibilities:Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.Required Degree/Education/Certification:IFMA Certified Facility Manager or BOMI Facility Manager Certificate.Required Skills And Experience:Technical knowledge of building systems such as mechanical, plumbing electrical, and fire alarm systems.Working knowledge of grounds maintenance, custodial services, and operations and maintenance of multi-building campuses.Five (5) years of experience in operations and maintenanceTwo (2) years of facility management experienceOne (1) year supervisory experience, managing multi-discipline workforce of 10-20 people Technical knowledge of building systems such as mechanical, plumbing electrical, and fire alarm systems.Required Citizenship And Clearance:Must be a U.S. CitizenActive Top Secret/ SCI with PolygraphCompensation Details:$133,000.00The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting.
