This position requires a dedicated professional to maintain regulatory compliance, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of patient care while filling a critical interim need.

Location:

• Frisco, Colorado

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to promote efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, accreditation standards, and company policies
• Supervise, train, and support a small team, including one pharmacist and one pharmacy technician
• Dispense medications, verify prescriptions, and ensure accuracy in all pharmacy functions

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Pharmacist License
• Recent experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or similar pharmacy management role
• Strong knowledge of outpatient and clinic pharmacy operations

This role offers an initial 1-month contract, with the possibility to extend until an internal candidate is hired. There is potential for conversion to a permanent position for the right fit.
